Shipping Policy

At Sly Nerds Apparel, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, securely, and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or new drops, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified via email if a delay occurs.


Shipping Methods, Production & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Unites States 

  • Production Time: 2 – 5 Business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2 – 5 business days

Canada

  • Production Time: 2 – 5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 15 Business days

International

  • Production Time: 2 – 5 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 10 – 30 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs, weather, or carrier issues.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and total order weight.
International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Sly Nerds Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. We will not issue any refunds or resend the item. In such cases, the customer may place a new order at their own expense.


No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
This policy applies to all items, including sizing issues, change-of-mind purchases, or duplicate orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items – 2-Day Review Window

We inspect every item before shipping, but in the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will do our best to address the issue.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Include a clear photo of the item and a description of the problem.

  • Send your email to: info@slynerdsapparel.com

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate solution. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to resolve the issue professionally and fairly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sly Nerds Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “Delivered.”
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
